World AIDS Day 2010 is dedicated to human rights in the context of universal access to HIV prevention, treatment and care. Universal access to HIV prevention, treatment and care is a human right.
The World AIDS Day 2010 campaign celebrates advances in commitment, attitudes and response to the HIV epidemic. However, World AIDS Day 2010 is also the time to reflect on the stigma and discrimination that persist against those living with HIV and those most vulnerable to it.
