Mental health and psychosocial support training, 24–2 May 2012

A training workshop for programme mangers and mental health and psychosocial support focal points at different ministries was held in Tripoli from 24 to 29 May 2012. The training provided a hands-on experience on the interagency standing committee guidelines on mental health and psychosocial support in Libya.

A total of 24 professionals representing programme managers and focal points from various ministries and governmental organizations were targeted by the training including: Ministry of Health, Centre for Disease Control, Warrior Affairs Commission, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of the Affairs of the Families of Martyrs and Missing, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Defense.
