31 May 2017 – The World Health Organization (WHO) country office in Libya delivered on 28 May 2017, 5 emergency trauma kits to treat 500 moderate and serious injuries to Brak Alshaati (Alzwaya Centre and Bergen Hospital).

About 140 people have been killed in recent conflict in Brak Alshaati and more than 200 people have suffered moderate to serious injuries. WHO has confirmed continued humanitarian commitment and support to the whole of Libya.
