The Global Fund has an historic opportunity to seize new advances in science and apply practical experience to defeat these diseases and remove them as threats to public health.

Its new funding model enables strategic investment for maximum impact. It provides implementers with flexible timing, better alignment with national strategies and predictability on the level of funding available.
