An intercountry meeting with partners and country teams on implementing best practices to improve reproductive health was organized in Cairo, Egypt, from 9 to 13 February 2002. The meeting was co-sponsored by the WHO Regional Office for the Estern Mediterranean in collaboration with the Department of Reproductive Health and Research at WHO headquarters along with Implementing Best Practices (IBP) Initiative partner agencies. A report of the meeting has been produced.
