Article 11 of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) requires Parties to the Convention to implement large, rotating health warnings on all tobacco products packaging and labelling.

This online resource provides copyright/royalty-free access to 58 pictorial health warnings to be used or adapted by countries and Parties to the WHO FCTC for the sole purpose of warning the public about the dangers of tobacco use through graphic health warnings on tobacco and nicotine product packs.
