A one-week WHO mission, scheduled from 8 to 12 September 2012, aims to provide technical support to the Ministry of Health of Oman on the implementation of a public–private mix within the TB control strategy. It will involve reviewing current TB care and control activities by both the public and private sector and developing a strategy for the public–private mix in TB control in Oman, including the mechanisms for coordination and collaboration.
