A WHO Mission visited Oman from 16 to 20 November 2015 to assist the faculty from the Ministry of Health’s educational institutions shift the educational paradigm from diploma to bachelor level. Meetings with the deans and faculty of seven multidisciplinary education programs and a 2 day workshop were held over the course of the 5 day mission. This mission was one of several recent WHO missions to support the Ministry of Health’s goal to transform and upgrade their health professionals’ educational programmes.
