Year of introduction by country

IMCI (Integrated Management of Childhood Illness) was first introduced in pre-service education in Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1998. The year of first introduction in a medical school in countries in the Region and the number of schools involved is shown in the table below, as known or communicated to WHO. The list in the table is ordered by year of first introduction in each country.
