Submissions without the appropriate RFP Reference Number may be excluded from evaluation. Kindly use the following format for your subject line:

From (Name of your institution), RFP Reference Number (as stated in the RFP document).

Please send technical and financial proposals in two separate files.

Please name all attachments to your email as follows: RFP Reference Number (as stated in the RFP document), Subject (for example: Technical Proposal)

Do not send documents in ZIP folders, JPG format, or Word documents. All documents should be submitted as separate PDF files, each clearly titled to reflect its content.

Please ensure that all submitted documents (where required by the templates) are duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative of your institution.
