The world of films and entertainment cannot be accused of causing cancer. But they do not have to promote a product i.e. tobacco, that does. 

World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) 2003 will focus on the role of films and entertainment in fostering a worldwide epidemic and urge them to stop being used as vehicles of death and disease.
