Children of the Millennium against TB

A call from the millennium children of the Eastern Mediterranean Regions
In continuation of the World TB Day 2002 and 2003 yearlong regional campaigns to stop TB in EMRO, this poster has been produced. The poster reflects STB’s long-term vision to “eliminate tuberculosis from the Region by 2050, i.e. the first children born in this millennium in the Region will see TB eliminated in their lifetimes”. Last year’s World TB Day poster featured only one child born in January 2000 from Egypt and with the collective efforts and contribution of all the countries in EMR, this year’s poster features millennium children from allover the Region calling for the elimination of TB in their lifetime …Will their call be answered and their dream realized? It’s up to us.
