With support from health partners led by WHO, the early recovery for health strategy will form part of a wider intervention to facilitate peace and stability in Darfur. It is expected to ensure coherence among the priorities of the different partners and alignment with the national strategy.

The Taskforce is expected to develop:

an early recovery strategy for health in Darfur

a detailed five-year plan on how to address priority areas and translate policies and strategies into specific implementable activities

marketing policies

fund raising potentialities, mechanisms and processes.
