Solutions: Training courses conducted according to need,
greater communication with the training department of facility, greater coordination
with training department of MOH, fair distribution between all
departments, establishing a system of documentation of training of
individuals, knowledge transfer between facilities, establish Continuous Personal Professional Development
(CPPD),
needs assessment for training.
Results: Training of staff has been undertaken. |
