inevitable and understand the need for organizations and managers to be
proactive in dealing with change;

outcomes that change can offer an individual;

Formulate a minimum of ten things that an organization should do to
introduce change effectively;

Demonstrate a critical
understanding of the factors involved in leading and managing the
process of change by recording what you learned about change through the
activities in this learning;

Assess your
reaction to change and compare that style to typical roles individuals
play during change initiatives.
Identify how you feel about your role as a change agent for the MEP and
identify ways to strengthen your effectiveness as a change agent for
your site;

Use force-field analyses
to identify driving forces and restraining forces for implementing the
MEP at your site;

Use a process improvement
model to analyze an aspect of your job and make recommendations for
improvement;

Review and assess nine
change models in terms of the system changes that will occur as a result
of the MEP, and select or develop a model for a named change initiative;

Compare your
abilities in managing change with those of a leading change consultant.
