Introduction to Modules The MEP introduces a set of tools and a curriculum of learning modules to support the development of individual and team competencies at the Site. For the Site, the MEP curriculum proposes a set of tools that assists the team in conducting a baseline assessment and evaluating its management needs with respect to individual and managerial capacities. Assessments create the basis for action toward management improvement of both individuals and the Site as a whole. For individuals, the methods for self-assessment of personal and professional development needs are provided in the form of a set of core modules and access to systems development tools, methods and other related resources. The core modules of the MEP curriculum are organized into learning units. All are designed to assist the management team to begin the process of enhancing the performance of their organization, through the development of the organization and individual.
