Daily management activities such as data management and information exchange are relying ever increasingly on information technology. The MEP relies on an information and learning network to enhance its sustainability. This module includes exercises that will help to improve your ability in using appropriate computer software, essential statistical methods, data collection, data entry, data presentation, and reporting.
Rationale
The use of computers in all daily activities is now commonplace. It is essential that as a MEP participant, you are proficient in using information technology. This module will provide an appropriate standard for IT literacy for all MEP participants.
Aims
This module aims to improve your competency in the use of appropriate computer software, essential statistical methods, data collection, data entry, data presentation, and reporting. In addition, this module will emphasize methods of exchange and dissemination of information through the MEP network and Internet.
