• Describe the implications of the elements of MEP for continuous personal and professional development;

• Outline the framework for continuous personal and professional development;

• Identify the MEP core competencies and related knowledge, professional attitudes and skills required to make an impact in terms of site improvement;

• Identify the specific MEP competencies and related knowledge, professional attitudes and skills required to fulfil their assigned role;

• Identify and validate personal strengths and personal development needs in relation to MEP roles;

• Define objectives, strategies and plans required to meet competencies and attitudes for chosen roles;
