Funding will be made available to selected participants based on quality of papers submitted for presentation at the Conference. Papers should be original and have not been submitted to other conferences and/or have not been published. Authors who wish to be considered for funding should submit tittles of papers and abstracts not later than 30 September 2004 and submit manuscripts of the full papers not later than 30 October 2004 to be refereed by a special committee. All abstracts and full paper must be sent in electronic format to: shorbajin@emro.who.int.
