The Kuwait WHO Collaborating Center for WHO Family of International Classifications (WHO-FIC) opens its doors for regional and global capacity building in ICD-10 and ICF The Assistant Undersecretary for Quality and Development, Ministry of Health of Kuwait, Dr Waleed Al Falah, Director of the Kuwait WHO-FIC collaborating centre Dr Migbel El Nagar and WHO regional CRVS focal point Dr Azza Badr.
Click on image to enlarge16 March 2016 – WHO works with a network of collaborating centres to develop, disseminate, implement and update the WHO Family of International Classifications to support national and international health information systems, statistics and evidence.

The Kuwait WHO Collaborating Centre for WHO Family of International Classifications is now fully functional and is ready to receive requests from Member States for capacity-building in ICD-10, ICF and ICD-10 compliant certification of deaths.
