WHO Representative Dr Jihane Farah Tawilah (Lebanon) has been appointed as WHO Representative to Djibouti, effective 29 August. She graduated as Medical doctor in 1986 from the American University of Beirut. She then pursued post-graduate studies in Family Medicine, as well as public health with focus on health services administration. Dr Jihane Farah Tawilah
